I thoroughly enjoyed the room in a triple bedroom, the bed was very comfy.

Staff were highly courteous and efficient!

The hotel was lovely small, as you can expect from Singapore. Our room was tastefully decorated and brand-new in a triple bedroom. This accommodation was in the central location to the nearest MRT station which is quite convenient.

Our nicely decorated room was equipped with breakfast on 10th September, cookies and a big window. The location was exceptionally nice and easy for Singapore, so close to the local shops, and food outlets. Furthermore, close to local eateries & public transport.

Breakfast was expensive, can be far better.

Delicious breakfasts, with Danish pastries, toast, scrambled egg. Good and unbeatable location close to a subway station and main sights:)))

Thanks all for a very good stay for a vacation. The staff were exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating and the location was excellent close to local eateries & public transport. What's more, it was close enough to a mall and food shops and the restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

The breakfast was delicious and not yet included in the rate. The staff members were polite and courteous. Location: the hotel was near the metro and $ 25 taxi to the airport. We ordered lunch at Mega Food Court, located quite close to the venue.

we had the most fairly nice few days there. the overall features were great. it was in a central setting near the city centre. the service was exceptional, including a speedy check-in.

The standard room was well-equipped with a bathroom, so that guests had essentials. Magnificent location to nearby metro was a plus. Tried some nice meals at Muay Thai, located close to the hotel.

Central location in heritage area. Very close to the Novena MRT transport system which is very handy, Ibis Novena to all tourist and business travellers, and the MRT/Novena mall.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was excellent and clean. The staff was pleasant, nice, and responded promptly to requests. The room was spotless, airy with all the facilities and the overall experience was very pleasant. Reasonably priced restaurant served Asian specialties.

Neat rooms with a bathroom with good views. Bonus point for a safe, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. Favourable and absolutely perfect location to a contemporary mall.

A great selection of outstanding food. Brand-new & great-sized room with 3 beds for 3 persons, a big window plus the soundproofing. Magnificent central location, short walk to the local shops.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Church of st Alphonsus was magnificent and unbeatable. It was also next to novena medical centre, the vegetarian restaurants and bus stops, supermarket & eateries.

The location is superb, situated in a very nice area that is not overly touristy but still has everything within reach. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided are satisfactory and the rooms offer a comfortable experience, especially with the soft mattresses. Additionally, the breakfast options cater to vegetarians as well, making it a suitable choice for those with dietary preferences.

The only minor issue was the slow wifi connection, which could be improved.
